1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Take Sushi Ao Nang website and services, making reservations, or purchasing event tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservation Policy

2.1 Reservation Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment processing
• You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details
• Confirmation numbers must be presented upon arrival
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings made with fraudulent payment information

2.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
• Currency conversion fees may apply for international cards

2.3 Booking Modifications

• Modification requests are subject to availability
• Additional charges may apply for upgrades or changes
• We cannot guarantee that modification requests will be accommodated
• Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your reservation

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Customer Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the specific event or reservation terms.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals
• Unused portions of packages or services are non-refundable
• Special promotional bookings may have different cancellation terms

3.2 Venue Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking:

• You will receive a full refund of all amounts paid
• We will notify you as soon as possible via email and phone
• We may offer alternative dates or services at your discretion
• We are not responsible for any consequential costs (travel, accommodation, etc.)

3.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Pandemic or health emergencies
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Infrastructure failures beyond our control

4. Event Specific Terms

4.1 Ticketed Events

• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified
• Valid ID may be required for entry
• Age restrictions apply to certain events
• We reserve the right to refuse entry for inappropriate behavior
• Professional photography/videography requires prior permission

4.2 RSVP Events

• RSVP confirmation does not guarantee entry if capacity is reached
• First-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified
• We recommend arriving early for popular events

4.3 Private Events

• Minimum guest requirements may apply
• Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours in advance
• Deposit requirements vary based on event size
• Additional terms provided in private event contracts

5. Restaurant Reservations

5.1 Dining Policies

• Tables are held for 15 minutes past reservation time
• Large groups (8+ people) require credit card guarantee
• Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Dress code: Smart casual (no swimwear in evening service)

5.2 No-Show Policy

• Repeated no-shows may result in booking privileges being suspended
• Credit card guarantees may be charged for large group no-shows
• Please cancel at least 2 hours in advance if unable to attend

6. Beach Club Facilities

6.1 Facility Usage

• Day pass holders have access to specified areas only
• Pool and beach access subject to capacity limits
• Sunbed reservations are first-come, first-served
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only

6.2 Safety and Conduct

• Guests use facilities at their own risk
• Children must be supervised in pool areas
• Intoxicated or disruptive guests will be asked to leave
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
• Security cameras are in operation for guest safety

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Take Sushi Ao Nang shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Personal injury except where caused by our negligence
• Damage to personal property except where caused by our negligence
• Acts of third parties on our premises

7.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Take Sushi Ao Nang, its employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of our facilities or violation of these terms.

7.3 Insurance

We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel and health insurance. We are not responsible for medical expenses or trip cancellation costs.

• All content on our website is protected by copyright and trademark laws
• Photography for commercial use requires written permission
• Guest photos may be used for marketing with consent
• Our brand and logos may not be used without authorization

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Krabi, Thailand.

10.2 Dispute Process

1. Initial complaint should be directed to management
2. We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
3. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation
4. Legal action is a last resort after exhausting other options

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Service animals are welcome. Pets are allowed in designated outdoor areas only and must be kept on a leash at all times.

14.3 Photography and Social Media

Guests are welcome to take photos for personal use. By tagging us on social media, you grant us permission to repost your content. Professional photography or filming requires prior approval.
